Below are the registration policies for the event. Please review them prior to registering.

Payments

Payments are due Friday, June 4th, 2010 for all registrations. You can pay by mail with check or money order addressed to RavenStone Church. Remit your payment to the following address:

If you are registering online, you can pay via PayPal with all major credit cards or through ACH. Please refer to the online registration site for more details.

Cancellation

The event is scheduled rain or shine and event planners may cancel the event in its entirety at their discretion. Refunds will be offered only in the event of a full event cancellation. The event team will issue refunds for cancellations prior to June 1st, 2010. After June 1st, 2010, no refunds will be issued.

Registrant Information

All participants on site must have complete information on file, and our staff must be made aware of any medical needs. Badges will list craft name, first name, and group affiliation. Minors, defined as all people under the age of 18, will only be admitted with a paying adult. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Animals

Only registered service animals are permitted onsite. Our team will need to see registration information for any animal prior to entering the grounds.

Waiver and Consent

All adults will be asked to sign a legal waiver confirming consent to participate and agreement to follow event participation rules at check in. Failure to comply with any of these policies will result in eviction from the grounds without refund.

Work Duty

In the spirit of community and our commitment to Starbridge, each paid registrant must perform volunteer work for no more than two (2) hours over the course of the weekend. Participants will be required to sign up upon checking in at the event.

Community Feast

Each participant must bring a food item for the community brunch on Sunday morning. Please plan to keep your dish chilled, or heated as appropriate. We will not provide storage or heating services for your food items.

Vending

If you wish to vend your crafts and wares during the weekend in the market, you may do so by purchasing the vendor privilege or by purchasing a Single Adult Deluxe Admission. This package includes the vendor privilege and an event t-shirt.
