Lady Sintana’s first third degree initiate.
As the God and Goddess be my witness, I am me. I give you my thoughts of abiding so mote it be. 1. It is our theory that much can be achieved on the basis of "the act of doing everything by doing nothing." This means total submission of your will to the will of the God and Goddess and all they represent. You then become a living instrument able to accomplish all things. 2. Love is the greatest weapon of defense, greatest source of power, and the greatest strength. For love is the true law. 3. We are never alone. The God and Goddess have always been with us: we have only to take them within ourselves in order to find ourself. 4. The five senses: sight, smell, taste, and touch as well as hearing, were given to us in order that we may cope and correspond to the world around us... And be able to live in it. 5. The ancient elements of fire, earth, air, and water are nature's tools and our friends, we must learn to take from them, use them, protect them, but most of all learn to give back for what we have taken. 6. You are your most important tool, most all magicks come from or are controlled by our minds. For by believing we make the impossible ~ possible. 7. There is a blessing and natural protection of our "self," our belongings and that which we hold dear, through our will, our intent, the elements, and our own blood, sweat, and tears. 8. Remember that evil has no power apart from that which we give it by believing in it. For our minds can also be our undoing. 9. We must endeavor to fill our hearts with love, and our minds with positive thinking. 10. There is a law of secrecy... Know that nothing succeeds like a secret. 11. It is our duty to ourselves to keep ourselves in total balance: we cannot help others without first helping ourselves. 12. Perseverence brings success. 13. Never stop learning... Never stop searching... Never stop growing... In fact never stop! 14. Faith invigorates the imagination through which "mind power" comes; but doubt is the undoing of power. 15. Your will filled with strength is the ultimate. But we are at times helpless. Learn to say "I don't know." 16. You are human ~ you will make mistakes. Learn to forgive yourself. 17. Run out of scapegoats! No excuses will be accepted, but forgiveness always accompanies the truth. 18. All the significant battles are won within ourself. 19. We are all brothers and sisters in each other's care brought together to help each other into the power of at-one-ment. Our power together is in being intuned. 20. Love yourself... Know that you are loved. For there is no greater knowledge. Return love to all, even if they give out hate. For hate has no place in the house of our body, and there is no way for an enemy to fight love. 21. We are special people! We love each other, need each other, help each other and are humble in knowing we are Children of the Light, and do all this in perfect trust. May all the blessing of love encompass you!
